Each product is brand new and has original packaging. We make every effort to ensure the high quality of product descriptions and provide accurate technical information provided to us by manufacturers.

Each item we send is insured to its full value. We cooperate with specialized courier companies that guarantee safe delivery of the package. If, due to damage or non-original packaging of the delivered parcel, there are doubts as to its condition - please do not accept the parcel, as this may result in the complaint being rejected by the courier company. You should inform us about the incident, and after receiving confirmation from the courier company about the damage to the package, we will send a new product as soon as possible or refund the amount paid.

Each product purchased from us has a manufacturer's warranty. We provide warranty service at the highest level.
